RETURN POLICY

We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable. We provide our customers as much detailed product information so they can make a good buying decision.

We offer a 14 day return policy if your purchase didn't meet your expectations. Just return your un-used product prepaid and insured to us and we will refund or replace the product, less shipping charges. All units must be returned in the original factory cartons.

Call or write us to pre-authorize your return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on merchandise or damaged or incomplete merchandise returned to us.

Shipping charges for returning merchandise are the customers responsibility.
